First Time Home Buyers 

I enjoy helping people who have never bought a home before.

I learn something new every transaction. I share my experiences. I explain the steps involved in finding a home, making offers, getting inspections, and determining values so that you do not overpay. I explain the myriad of property and agency disclosure forms. I review financing options and make lender reccomendations. I discuss potential maintenance needs. I love going through homes, and making reccomendations. Especially ones that will make a home more energy efficient.

There are a thousand details that need to be adressed in a transaction. Experience is vital. Follow up is crucial. Relying on other professionals is paramount in special situations. Knowing who and when to call for help shouldn't be taken by chance.

I enjoy meeting people. I realize that jobs, family, and daily life often make buying a home stressful. I am honest, straightforward and will point out everything that I see; good and bad. I realize that I might lose a sale; but believe that building lifelong client relationships are more important.
